Task 2

Process:

After choosing the 5 buildings that I wanted to do, I began collecting information in a Google Docs.

After that, I spent the few weeks working on it where I would do one per week so that I wouldn't rush.

Reflection

This free elective module was a fun and relaxed experience. Although the lectures were long, they were engaging and informative, especially about architectural history. The lecturers were friendly and supportive, making the learning environment enjoyable rather than stressful.

The assessments were manageable, though Task 2 was more challenging due to hand drawing and layout work, which pushed me out of my comfort zone. Despite this, I learned more about my chosen building and improved my attention to detail and visual organisation. I also enjoyed learning new tools, especially knowing how to create AR and using the flexible quiz platforms, which helped reinforce my understanding.

Overall, this module was a meaningful introduction to architecture that helped me develop new skills, gain confidence, and apply what I learned to my own course work.
