Reflection

Working with 28Studio&Coffee this semester was a fun and meaningful experience. It was exciting to work with a real cafĂ© brand because it made our tasks feel more real and purposeful. We started by learning about the brand’s background and creating a brand story that matched its values and personality. As the project continued, we worked on empathy maps, user personas, a social media content calendar, and our final presentation.

This experience showed me how important it is to understand your audience. By focusing on Gen Z and using tools like empathy mapping, we were able to create content that felt engaging and relatable. Planning ahead using a content schedule also helped us stay organized and consistent throughout the project.

Working with a real business gave me insight into how digital content is used in the real world. I enjoyed the teamwork, and doing it with friends made the process smoother and more enjoyable. I also learned how good communication and collaboration can lead to better results.

Moving forward, I plan to prepare templates earlier and stay organized to keep things running smoothly. This project helped me build confidence in content creation and taught me how important strategy and planning are in social media work. Overall, it was a valuable and enjoyable learning experience.
